I was born in Milan in 1985, between two cultures — Italian and Chinese. Growing up with both gave me something early on: the sense that the same reality can be understood in more than one way, that stayed with me.
So did a persistent relationship with my own body. Not with wellness, not with fitness, with the experience of carrying tension that wouldn't shift no matter how well I understood it. The restlessness, the constant reaching for the next thing, the sense that satisfaction was always just ahead. I came to this work because nothing else reached it.
What followed was more than a decade of formation — Hawaiian Bodywork, Taoist Abdominal Massage, Ayurvedic Marma Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Kuṇḍalinī Hatha Yoga and Meditation. The thread running through all of it was my work with Dharma Bodhi, whose teaching brought together the philosophical precision of non-dual traditions with the kind of understanding that only practice over time produces.
I work between two cities: Milan, where I was born, and West Palm Beach, where I spend part of each year. The sessions I offer are shaped by everything that preceded them: not technique applied to a problem, but guidance offered from inside an experience I have lived.
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you are.
