Elements of Practice

The practices offered here draw from a living lineage: a transmission of knowledge refined and passed on through direct relationship between teacher and student over centuries.

What follows is a map of the elements that make up this work; it is not a curriculum to be studied or a set of techniques to be collected: each element has its own depth, its own function, and its own way of revealing itself over time. Some are encountered early, others emerge gradually as the foundation becomes stable enough to support them, you don't need to be a practitioner to read these, you need only be curious about what serious practice actually involves, and why.
